Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure my comfort, but they also surprised me by returning a piece of precious jewellery I had forgotten—an act of kindness that truly set them apart. The cozy tatami room, complete with traditional tea and coffee facilities, provided a serene retreat after days of exploration. The room's heating was immaculate, offering a snug haven amidst the winter chill, while the free toiletries and electric kettle added a touch of luxury to the experience. With a flat-screen TV for relaxation and a soothing sink area for convenience, every aspect of the room was thoughtfully designed to enhance my stay. As an avid lover of authentic Japanese cuisine, I was delighted to discover the nearby Izakaya Asuka, just a stone's throw away, showcasing the hotel's prime location for culinary adventures.
